FBC HUB ("the Hub") is an internal operations tool for Freedom Boat Club of Northeast Florida ("FBC NEFL"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Google account info — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address. We do not access your contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google data.
- Access requests — If you request access, we store your name, email, role, and location until approved or denied.
- Session cookies — We set a secure cookie to keep you signed in. It contains only your email and an expiration timestamp, signed with HMAC. No tracking cookies are used.
- Sign-in logs — We log sign-in events (email, timestamp) for security purposes.
How we use it
- To authenticate you and control access to the Hub
- To display your name in the interface
- To notify the Hub administrator of access requests
What we don't do
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties
- We do not use analytics or tracking services
- We do not store your Google password
Data storage
Data is stored on Cloudflare Workers KV and D1 (Cloudflare's infrastructure). Access is restricted to the Hub administrator.
Data removal
If you want your data removed, contact the Hub administrator. Your access and stored information will be deleted.
